Put simply, we&#8217;ll only get behind a campaign if it&#8217;s clearly for a progressive cause. We&#8217;re led by our members in picking the campaigns we fight, who regularly answer surveys and polls to help steer The Movement. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>However, if you have ideas for a specific campaign you think we should get behind, please email the team at <a href=\"mailto:team@themovement.org.nz\">team@themovement.org.nz<\/a> and let us know!<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"fontSize\":\"medium\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Our privacy policy<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>We protect your data. We&#8217;ll never sell it or pass it onto a third party without your consent. Very rarely, we may ask if you&#8217;d like us to share your data with an organisation working on a campaign &#8211; for example, if we win a campaign in a policy area, but there are other fights still ongoing in that space, we may offer you the opportunity to be kept up to date by another charity or not-for-profit. But we&#8217;ll never pass on that data without you actively agreeing first.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"fontSize\":\"medium\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Our donations policy<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>100% of the donations we receive go towards our campaigning: that means either paying for direct campaign costs, like advertising or printing, or indirect costs like paying staff or freelancers. We&#8217;re proudly a not-for-profit, and we&#8217;re just as proud of how much we manage to keep costs down, in comparison with other organisations of our size.
